Some say “It is difficult to understand what you learn” in our college. On the other hand, this also means that we can cope with any topic of research.

Modern society is becoming increasingly more complex and knowledge attained in narrow fields of specialization is often insufficient to solve the many problems facing society. The College of Comparative Culture consists of six divisions and seventeen areas taught by over 50 professors to 80 students in each academic year. We believe in small class sizes and the majority of our classes are taught on a nearly one-to-one basis. Our educational environment emphasizes training in knowledge from a composite perspective and we are certain that this is the best environment for learning skills relating to task determination and problem solving.

The abilities and skills gained through such an education represent requisite, universal values that an increasingly complex modern society needs in order to solve its problems. The process of writing your graduation thesis begins at the moment you enter the university and create your first curriculum. Through daily study and your entire university life and all that you have experienced in your university life, you should strive to find a research topic that is uniquely yours. By discussing possible topics with professors and peers, you should gradually understand the best research topic for you from among the many stimulating discussions.
